★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Okay… YUM!!! Very fun, very cute chocolate shop! Delicious hand dipped items and yummy truffles. I loved the variety of treats. I’m a big chocolate gummy bear person and the ones they serve are delicious, we also got turtles, chocolate dipped biscotti and marshmallows. If it’s a treat chances are they’ve dipped it in chocolate! You can watch them tempering the chocolate in house. Everything seemed fresh and quite affordable. I will be back for the chocolate covered strawberries! Excited to try more of these sweet treats.
January 12 · CelesteCan't speak to the chocolate because I went in for the ice cream. Staff was friendly and we got to try some flavors before ordering. The Gelato is excellent. We got the hazelnut and mint chocolate chip in large size. The lady scooping gave us strong scoops which was awesome. Def will be back to try their other flavors.Only knocked off a star because the seating area could use a cleaning and there was gnats flying about.
June 12 · Jenn PakFamily owned! Chocolates, gelatos and coffee were delicious!!! This is a great place for some after dinner dessert 😋😋😋
September 11 · PAUL SPENCERAbsolutely disgraceful customer service. After a nice dinner, my family stops in for gelato and couple hot espressos. After bringing the staff what I thought to be well-deserved customers, and leaving a tip, my grandfather accidentally left the lid to his espresso on the counter. He apologized, but not before a female employee rudely tells him off, shoving a finger past his head to point at a garbage can, although there was one right next to her behind the counter. After complaining about him to the next set of customers, she proceeds to leave the store, and follow him down the block, demanding his name and personal information. Some of the worst service I've ever seen, and I hope that said employee learns to avoid unnecessary confrontation. Gelato was decent though, and I feel bad for the rest of the staff, considering how cordial and polite they were.
October 05 · John MichaelsonThe place smelled amazing and the gelato was great. Too bad the service was horrible.I was there with 6 of my family members. One paid for everyone and left a nice tip. We were sitting at the seats in the front and also at the chair across the counter. When they gave my dad his espresso at the register, he didn’t use the lid and accidentally left it at the counter. All of a sudden we hear one of the workers yelling very rudely to pick up trash. We didn’t understand what was going on at first because all we heard/saw was the attitude and yelling. She eventually went around the counter and got in our faces, yelling about the “trash” he left at the counter. Once we realized what was going on, we were shocked that an unused lid caused such a commotion. She could have easily just put it back or thrown it away under the counter, or at least nicely ask him to throw it out. She eventually followed us outside and kept yelling and asked for my dad’s name.Once again, it was an unused lid and he didn’t even realize was left on the counter. It was an honest mistake. This girl could have easily put it back or nicely asked him. She was insanely rude with such a horrible attitude that was SO uncalled for. This is such a shame to find this kind of negativity in this town. I also noticed her having an attitude towards someone else when we first walked in. Never coming back.As per response to the owner: I don’t really understand why there would need to be a police report for this unless there is one that should be made regarding her actions. I’m sure you did see in the footage that she was trying to yell and reach over the couple that was at the counter to get our attention, point around my cousin who was trying to figure out what was going on, and aggressively point and shout at my family. I’m also sure that you saw her leave the store after us. Too bad you couldn’t see in the footage that she continued to follow us down the street and yell at us as we tried to walk away, and as my husband and I tried to get our toddler out of the situation. We told her that this is ridiculous over a lid and to walk away. There were also many witnesses and people in the store and very young children, including my 2 year old who was hysterically crying from this. It was scary, we felt threatened and no place of business should treat any customers that way.
