I will always endeavor to support local businesses, and especially those that excel in high quality products and craftsmanship. Choco Le'a is an absolute must.Additional parking is available in the neighborhood. The buying experience is easy. The pricepoint is accessible. The location is small but the selection is unlike anything you will find elsewhere. If not buying truffles, I recommend the dark chocolate bars. In particular, the chocolate made in collaboration with the UH Manoa mechanical engineering dept.
July 23 · Mabet HillWe visited Choco Lea at Manoa Valley, this is such a cute place! We bought some truffles, some with unique fillings like Natto which I personally like as it balances very well with dark chocolate. The other favorites are Rainbow Shave Ice (soooooo cute and colorful!) and Mochi! The chocolate milk is delicious!Everything is made fresh on-site. Excellent customer service! Wonderful experience! The shop opens from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Must go!!!
April 12 · Stefani WanFound this place when I was looking for somewhere to get a gift for my mom. It's a gem. I didn't catch the name of the employee who helped us but it was the best customer service skills I've ever seen in my life, and I hope he gets a raise. He was welcoming and patient (AND GAVE US FREE SAMPLES) while we worked out which chocolates to get, and took a lot of care putting our box together. Look at this wrapping. It's adorable. Stunning. I could cry. They have a wide range of excellent flavors, everything we got was delicious. I've also heard wonderful things about their soft serve, excited to try it next time I'm there. We had a great experience here, and my mom loved her present!
March 30 · Siena WDChoco Le A in Manoa Square, Honolulu is a small boutique chocolate shop that will leave you in awe. As a self appointed 😆 chocolate connoisseur, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and flavors of the chocolates offered at this little gem.The chocolate truffles are a true delight, melting in your mouth with each bite. The 9 pieces Hawaiian special box is a perfect way to experience the tropical flavors of Hawaii, with each chocolate offering a unique and delicious taste. But what really stood out for me was the Valentine's special box filled with chocolate and cherry and strawberry flavors. This box is simply out of this world and paired with a glass of red wine, it's an experience that will transport you to a different place altogether. The attention to detail at Choco Le A is evident in their TSA approved cooler bag that they use to pack the chocolates. Despite the 12-hour journey, the truffles were still cool and fresh, a testament to their commitment to delivering the best quality products to their customers.Overall, I cannot recommend Choco Le A enough. Whether you're a chocolate connoisseur or just someone who loves a good treat, this little shop will not disappoint. Head to Manoa Square and treat yourself to a truly unique chocolate experience!
February 10 · Pradeep peddineniIf you’re looking for a special gift or maybe a treat for yourself...handmade chocolate truffles is your answer. Chocole’a is located in a little cottage in the heart of Manoa Valley. A must visit! They also have solid chocolate characters, chocolate coins, chocolate dipped dried fruit, sipping chocolate and so much more. They have pre-boxed truffles if you can’t decide or you can pick each specially flavored truffle yourself. They also do custom boxes for that special occasion like a significant birthday celebration or a wedding reception.
