★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very bad customer service. The lady is extremely rude and disrespectful towards customer. I lightly tapped on the glass to point to the right chocolate that I needed. All chocolates are closely placed behind a glass. She shouted at me for tapping on glass gently to point my chocolate. Highly disrespectful. The lady needs manners to communicate to customers and I don't recommend anyone buying here who doesn't value the customer.
August 02 · Rainy DavisThis was my third time buying chocolate from this store, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. Today, we were helped by only one staff member — a woman with dark blonde hair, wearing a black mask and a middle-part hairstyle. Her attitude was unfriendly from the start, and her expression felt harsh, almost hostile. When I politely asked for a sample, she seemed reluctant and dismissive. She also didn’t want to give us a small paper bag, which had never been an issue during my previous visits. After I paid, I overheard her speaking behind my back, and it truly felt like she was saying something negative about me — which made me extremely uncomfortable. I can't help but feel that I was being treated differently because I’m Asian.I’ve had good experiences here before, but as long as this staff member is working in the store, I won’t be coming back.
May 20 · JING CAOCustomer service could be better. This girl named Casey was so rude. Not only to me but everyone in the shop. Can someone tell her to be nicer? Don’t come to this location if you wanted to be mean-mugged and feel judged. Casey, if you’re reading this, get a better job girl. Customers don’t want your stank energy walking into a candy store.
March 20 · Victoria LaneCandy is always awesome. However, I had the most rude lady full of tattoos that had a mask on. I never even caught her name. She profiled me because I’m Hispanic. She put gloves on before taking my money because my purse was in my brassiere most women keep their wallet in their at least my age, anyhow, I took out the money she put on gloves in front of me with a cringe look in her face. I apologized then she grabs my 20 and goes to the back and check to see if the money is real 😂 I couldn’t believe it. I thought maybe the 20 was wrinkled or something so I asked her if that one was too wrinkled that I would give her another one. She said very rudely With a huge attitude that she was just doing her job. I would consider me a very polite person. I simply said nothing. I was shocked because I have never been profiled or no one has ever checked my money before maybe because I don’t look like somebody that would launder 20s .I can’t believe that they hired her. She should not be in customer service. Anyways, we walked out with $10 worth of candy. The candy is always great as I mentioned, but you have to step up on your hiring. She was a nasty girl.
February 13 · Erika CastroBusiness employee overstepped he authority by scolding 9 year old granddaughter for skipping in store. She ruined the shopping experience for us and especially our grand daughter. We will never shop at this store again. This was uneeded and and annoying. It's a chocolate store for Pete's sake.
