It’s the kind of place that, though not a dedicated candy store in the traditional sense, fulfills a similar and very important role. It offers a variety of candies and other items that can brighten someone’s day, whether they are a visitor looking for a pick-me-up or a patient’s family member wanting to bring a small piece of joy to their loved one. This makes it an ideal spot for a "quick visit," as noted in the business information. The environment is clean, professional, and well-organized, ensuring a smooth and easy shopping experience. While the provided customer reviews primarily focus on the hospital’s services rather than the gift shop, it’s a well-known fact that hospital gift shops provide a valuable service, offering a much-needed sense of normalcy and comfort. The Bright Ideas Gift Shop is operated by the Lee Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, with proceeds from sales benefiting Lee Health, allowing it to purchase equipment and fund special projects for the community it serves. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My husband has been in for a week on the fifth floor. His bed sheets have only been changed twice and the only reason his room has been sanitized is because I brought sanitize wipes in and did it myself. He was admitted because of having blood clots in his lungs and leg but some how ended up catching something...humm, maybe because they didn't clean the room. Not to mention the nurse that came I his room coughing up a storm and told my husband that she had bronchitis. Needless to say I am very disappointed!!!

January 09 · Tamara ArlequinWent there to try and fix an issue resolving furniture we paid for and what it looks like in the store and what we received. Paid 4000 for a teak furniture set that was unfinished. Dealing with their customer service center is a joke. They should not be called customer service, maybe customer disservice center would fit much better. Been dealing with this issue since March. I will be writing a letter to their Corporate and hope they reorganize their center as they are no help even though you present pictures showing their unfinished delivered product. I will never step foot in one of their stores again even if they are giving their merchandise away for free. Very disheartening.
